I’m Andrea, Your Cycle Coach.

I lost over 100 pounds naturally, and I didn't do it by starving myself or punishing my body with endless cardio. For years, I tried to force my body into plans that didn't fit. I burned out, got frustrated, and started over a hundred times.

The shift happened when I stopped fighting my biology and started working with it. Once I learned to sync my nutrition and movement to my cycle, the weight didn't just come off—it stayed off. Now, I want to help you find that same freedom. Let’s do this intentionally.

FAQ (Overcoming Objections)

Q: What if I don't know where I am in my cycle?

A: Don't worry! Day 1 of the challenge includes a simple assessment to help you find your "Season" so you know exactly where to start.

Q: Can I do this if I'm on birth control?

A: Absolutely. Even if you don't have a "natural" cycle, you can follow the lunar cycle (weeks of the month) to create a rhythm of rest and work for your body.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?

A: No! The guide includes options for movement you can do at home, outside, or in the gym.

Q: I have irregular periods, PCOS, or am in menopause. Can I still do SYNC 28?

A: Yes! If you don't have a regular cycle, you are not excluded. In the guide, we teach you how to follow the Lunar Cycle (using the phases of the moon) or a set 28-day rhythm to mimic these natural energy fluctuations. The principle of "Push vs. Rest" applies to every female body, regardless of menstruation.

Q: Is this a "liquid diet"? Will I be hungry?

A: Absolutely not. SYNC 28 is about nourishment, not deprivation. The Herbalife shakes are used as a high-nutrient tool to balance your hormones, but you will also be eating whole, colorful, delicious meals. In fact, during the Autumn/Luteal phase, we specifically encourage more complex carbs to support your metabolism!

Q: I haven't worked out in years. Is this too advanced for me?

A: This challenge is designed for all levels. Because we focus on "Intentional Movement" rather than just "Intensity," you can adjust every workout. The Winter phase is literally just walking and stretching! We meet you exactly where you are today.
